It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Anita Young on March 18, 2025, in Rome, Georgia, United States. Born on April 25, 1947, Anita was the beloved daughter of Sherman and Lucille Ayers.

Anita is survived by her partner Jerry Young, her devoted sons David Philip Watson and Scott Timothy Watson, and her two cherished grandchildren.

Anita had a passion for playing the piano and spent countless hours creating beautiful melodies that brought joy to those around her. She was known for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family.

Her passing due to a stroke has left a void in the hearts of all who knew her, but her memory will live on through the music she played and the love she shared.
