Angeline Jeannine Fortin Westleigh , 84, of Lewiston, Maine, passed Friday, February 22, 2019. Jeannine was born to Emery Fortin and Eva Pomerleau , August 03, 1934. She married Roland Westleigh June 27, 1955, and they lived together in Auburn, Maine.

Jeannine is survived by 6 children: Sally Westleigh, Gail Westleigh, John Westleigh, Alvin Westleigh, Dennis Westleigh, and James Westleigh. Her 3 sisters, Irene Pomerleau, Annette Chase, Claire Young and her brother Leo Fortin. She also is survived by 14 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren (with 2 on the way) and 4 great great grandchildren. Although Jeannine only made it to 8th grade she ensured all of her children graduated highschool. Her family was her life. Any one that knew Jeannine was a better person for it. She had nothing but love for everyone around her. Jeannine was an avid member of St. Michaels for over 20 years. If she was not found with her family she was more than likely at The Dairy Joy or Hanafords. Jeannine loved to walk and enjoyed playing cribbage. 

Jeannine was proceeded in death by her parents, husband, brother Paul and sisters Maryann and Aline.

Services will be held for her on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 01:00PM. They will be held at St. Michaels located on Pleasant Street, Auburn, Maine.
