Angela Walker-Byers, 49, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed on August 24, 2021. Angela was born on June 24, 1972 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Betty Walker and Vernon Walker Sr. She confessed her Hope in Christ at an early age and continued to serve the lord until she departed this life.
Angela was a private home care provider for over 2 years until her health declined. Angela had a smile that enlightened the hearts of many. She loved entertaining family and friends and was loved by many, even if she met a stranger they loved her. Angela spoke what was on her mind and kept you laughing she was always a joy to her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father Vernon Walker Sr., her mother Betty Perry-Walker, her grandmother Luvenia Perry, her grandfather James Jerry Perry, and her aunt Katherine Jones. Angela leaves a lasting impression in the hearts of her two daughters, Nakira and India Byers and one son Akiel Byers all of Hot Springs, Four sisters April Walker (Michael Harris) Winter Walker-Jones (Patrick Jones) of Hot Springs, Veronica Walker of Chicago, and Gwen Stafford of Colorado, Two brothers Vernon Johnson of Milwaukee and Kerry Walker of Indianapolis, one aunt Clemetine Perry of Trumann, three uncles David Perry (Toni Perry) of Conway, Dewayne Perry of Little Rock, and Anthony Perry of Memphis, Tennessee, five grandkids, one best friend Keturah Linwood, and a host of nieces, nephews, loved ones, and friends. Angela will be truly missed.
