Angel Castillo was born on September 22, 1929 in El Paso, Texas to Jose Angel Castillo and Josefa Aguirre. He passed away on June 10, 2017 in El Paso, Texas surrounded by his living children and grand daughter. He was preceded in death by his wife Isabel and his daughter Linda. He is survived by daughter, Anna C. (Juan); Son, Jose Angel (Rebecca); Son in law, Luciano; Grandchildren: Christina Isabel, Chelsea and Joseph. Angel loved baseball, he coach a city league baseball team for many years. Angel served our country in the United States Army, something he was always very proud of. Pallbearers: Jose A. Castillo, Charles F. Solis, Luciano Martinez, Juan Castro, Julian Garcia and Guy Hall. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a Vigil/Rosary at 7:00pm on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home Northeast. Funeral Mass will be from 10:00am on Monday, June 19, 2017 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 9025 Diana Dr. Committal Service will follow at 11:00am at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with Military Honors.
