Andy "Scubby" ScodovaMANSFIELD: Andy "Scubby" Scodova, 52, of Mansfield passed away at his home on Sunday, October 8, 2017. He was born on September 20, 1965 in Mansfield to the late Robert and Marjorie (Folmer) Scodova.Andy was a graduate of Malabar High School, and attended Ohio University. He worked for Sprint, Mansfield Warehousing and Distribution, and then R.E. Scodova and Associates with his father. Andy was full of life and strived to live each day to its fullest. He was a huge OSU fan especially enjoying football. Andy was an avid golfer from the age of five with his biggest accomplishment on July 1, 2016 when he got a hole-in-one on hole 16 at Oaktree Golf Club, at 180 yards with a five iron! Andy is survived by his partner of seventeen years, Lori (Saprano) Feeney; his children, Laurin Scodova, Jami Feeney, and Mark Feeney; brothers, Mark (Paula Harbour) Scodova, and Steve (Laura) Scodova; sister, Laurie (Rich) Mazelsky; and two nephews, Zach Mazelsky and Jake Mazelsky.A gathering to celebrate Andy's life will be held from 1-3 pm on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road. The family requests that you wear OSU or tye-dye clothing to the gathering. Memorial contributions can be made in his honor to the , 248 Park Ave. West Mansfield, OH 44902.
