Andrew Clay CrossettJackson, TN - Andrew Clay Crossett, age 34, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017. Drew was born on March 12, 1983 in Jackson, TN. He was currently a history teacher and high school football coach at Scotts Hill High School. He previously taught and coached at Jackson Christian School. He had a passion for mentoring students that guided everything he did. He was an avid duck hunter, dog trainer, and young life leader. He was also a devoted and loving husband, father, son, brother, mentor, and friend.He is survived by his wife, Olivia Wilson Crossett of Lexington, TN; his son, Hank Crossett; and daughter, Lilly Crossett. He also leaves behind his parents, Jody and Leo Smith; his brother, Wes Crossett and wife Meredith and two nieces, Dylan and Presley Crossett; a sister, Abby Crossett; his parents in law, Jace and Rema Wilson; sister in law, Krystle Urban (Jason) and nephew James; aunt, Mitzi Hart; uncles, David Hart and Paul Hart; cousin, Mandy Hart Callens; aunt, Kathy Simmons; cousin, Josh Hart (Jessie); aunt Marcella Smith; cousin, Jessica Hart; cousin, Tim Blackley (Becky); and extended family, David Crossett, Rocky Smyth, Pam Trevathan, and Tim Crossett. The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. at Campbell Street Church of Christ on Thursday, November 2, 2017.Funeral services will follow the visitation at 3 p.m. at Campbell Street Church of Christ with burial following in Ridgecrest Cemetery.Pallbearers to serve will be Wes Crossett, Johnny Verrell, Adam Bradford, Seth Rudd, Curt King, John Hill, and Jason Dement.George A.
