Althea Darlene Arterburn, of Sheridan, Arkansas, passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 80. Born on May 11, 1945, Darlene lived a life filled with love, laughter, and a good dose of mischief.

Darlene was known for her quick wit, infectious smile, and love of spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was a devoted mother to her two boys, Dean and Tony, who brought her endless joy and pride. Her greatest joy, however, came from her four grandchildren and five great grandchildren Robin Murphy(Bailey &Brailyn), Harry Arterburn, Morgan Ross(Kayleigh) and Karley Arterburn(Kaycee & Leo) who always kept her on her toes.

She also had a knack for storytelling and could spin a yarn that would have everyone in stitches.

She is survived by several sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, and cousins whom she loved deeply

Although she will be deeply missed by all who knew her, Darlene’s spirit lives on in the memories she created and the love she shared with those around her. Rest in peace, Darlene (Mimi)
