HAMILTON Alice Hamilton, 85, of Fleming Island, FL. passed away on June 27, 2017. She was born on January 27, 1932 in Tampa, FL. to the late Jose Ramon Canto and Camila Diaz. She is preceded in death by her husband C.W. Hamilton (2006) and daughter, Lori Mount (2011). Alice held several employments during her working years but was primarily a homemaker raising her family. She lived for her grandsons and enjoyed spending time with them at the beach. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother and abuela. Survivors include her son, Bill Hamilton of Fleming Island, FL.; son-in-law, Charles (Julie) Mount of Gainesville, GA., sister, Nora Madden of New Port Richey, FL. grandsons, Geoffrey and Nicholas Mount. Donations in her memory can be made to the Salvation Army. A visitation will be Saturday, July 1, 2017, 12:00-1:00PM at the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Rd. S.
