It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ahmed Faraj, aged 68, of Richmond, Kentucky. Ahmed was born on August 25, 1956, and departed this world on November 19, 2024. He is survived in life by his wife Loretta Smith and five children. Sammy Faraj(33) and wife Jessica Faraj. Fayez Faraj(25), Jazlyn Elliott(24), Ahmed Smith(17) and Temperance Gadd(7). He was a beloved member of the community and a small business owner for over 30 years as the owner of Sammy’s Flea Market. He was definitely a staple in many people’s lives and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Ahmed had a kind and generous heart, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. His warm smile and infectious laughter brought joy to all who crossed his path. His legacy of compassion and friendship will live on in the hearts of those he touched. May he rest in peace.
