HOWE - On the morning of October 27, 2016, Adam went home to heaven. Adam was full of life, quick to smile, and loved by all who knew him. The family will receive friends at Dannel Funeral Home between 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday evening, November 1. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 2, at Dannel Funeral Chapel with Pastor Leland Samuelson officiating. Interment will follow immediately after chapel service in Akers Cemetery.Adam was born on July 8, 1984 at Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman, Texas, the youngest son of Joe and Virginia Davenport. He attended school at Howe ISD. Adam loved all outdoor activities, sports, and the Texas Longhorns. He was a member of Howe Baptist Church.He leaves behind his loving family, father and mother, Joe and Virginia Davenport of Sherman; older sister, Lindy, and twin brother Joel; aunts: Kay Flowers of Garland, and Nova Flowers of Fairfield; and numerous cousins and friends.Adam was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur and Geraldine Davenport and William and MayBelle Gibby; and Uncles: Ronald and Houston Flowers.Serving as pallbearers are: Joel Davenport, Kris Edgett, Billy Ray Huntsman, Trevor Miller, Andrew Smith, Jared Sutton, Dave Waltner and Scott WilliamsAll arrangements are under the direction of Dannel Funeral Home in Sherman.
