We are saddened to announce the passing of Abiner Lungu, who left this world on January 7, 2025, at the age of 35. Born on May 6, 1990, in Lusaka, Zambia, Abiner was the beloved son of Noah Jaulani Lungu and Joyce Lungu.

Abiner attended Libala High School, where he graduated in 2005. He went on to work at Mercy Hospital in Chicago IL, where he dedicated himself to helping others in need.

Abiner had a zest for life and a fantastic sense of humor. He enjoyed hobbies such as hiking, biking, racing, and hanging out with family and friends. His infectious laughter and love for adventure will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Despite not leaving behind any children, Abiner touched the lives of many with his kindness and generosity. He will forever be remembered for his warm smile and unwavering spirit.

Abiner Lungu passed away peacefully in his sleep, leaving behind a legacy of joy and laughter. We will always cherish the memories we shared with him and hold him close to our hearts. Rest in peace, dear friend. You will be missed.
