On October 17, 2025, we said goodbye to our beloved Aaliyah Lentes of Matteson, Illinois. Aaliyah was born on January 10, 2025, to her loving parents, Jadon Lentes and La’Mya Wright.

Aaliyah lived a full and happy life in her short time with us. She enjoyed hobbies such as crawling, coloring, laughing, and, of course, sleeping. Her infectious laughter and bright smile could light up any room.

Tragically, Aaliyah’s life was cut short due to a car accident. While we mourn her loss, we find solace in knowing that she is now resting peacefully.

Aaliyah leaves behind her grieving parents, Jadon and La’Mya, as well as a host of extended family and friends who will always cherish her memory.

Although Aaliyah did not have a long life of her own, she brought joy and love to all who knew her. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten.

Rest in peace, sweet Aaliyah. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
